| One of the most important things to consider when chartering a bus is reliability. Coach Skyline offers our clients on-call 24/7 Dispatch Service which allows our clients to contact us for any last minute delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as airport delays, changes in schedule, delays due to overtime for Sporting Events or any other issues that arise during the course of the charter service with us that necessitate a call to our dispatcher. Communication with Drivers Our drivers are all equipped with cell phones and are in touch also at all time with our Dispatch Department. After your Charter is booked we provide the Group Leader with the Drivers Phone Number which is essential so that the Group Leader can inform the Driver that the Group is ready for Pickup on Wait and Returns and Airport Transfers Monitoring of Road & Traffic Delays Our Dispatch Department monitors roads conditions and suggests alternate routes to our drivers as needed to get your group to where you are going using the safest quickest route.
